Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping cost 

Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.

Processing time 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time 

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates are approximate and may vary by location and carrier volume.

Shipping address 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to modify the address once an order has been placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was unclaimed by the recipient, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund before it's issued.

Lost or stuck packages 

All orders ship with tracking. If your package is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. Claims made after 30 days from the ship date may not be eligible.

Order cancellation 

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 30 minutes of placing it. Once this window has passed or your order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or modify it — please refer to our Refund Policy instead.
